First Time to Dale Hollow

Next weekend will be my first trip to Dale Hollow. A friend and I (both new dads) got the OK to get out and do a little fishing the only problem is we are new dads and don't have the money to hire a guide so I thought I would ask the experts on CFF. We want to fish Sat. morning and Sat. night any information about the lake and the lures to use this time of year sure would be appreciated.

We usually fish every point on the lower end with a brown jig tipped with a pumpkinseed power craw.

buzz baits and crank baits early morning has always done me the best there i fish out of wilows grove and lilly dale when i'm there it's close to my cabin there on clay county line
