First trip

Well, my rifle season started Saturday and it was WINDY! Deer movement seemed minimal and my dad shot a small buck about 7:45 am. It got still again and I happened to look behind me and saw a big herd doe and some kind of buck coming upwind of me emoEvil. I knew they wouldn't bust me so I waited a minute and the buck circled my tree about 10 yds. out and I got on his shoulder and painted some leaves emoLaugh. He dropped straight down in his tracks. The rack didn't have any width, but it had character. I thought it was neat looking so I'm gonna try to post some pics.
