A few questions:

1. when do we decide jobs ?

2. what time do we need to be there? (to begin signing people up)

3. i know of at least 1 other club going out of HBSP (they don't weigh-in until 16:00) just FYI

4. where are we going to do the Weigh in ( I recommend the gas pumps just like we do on the Fri and Sat nights)

Patrick will post duties later. We probably need to be there around 6:00 am. We are going to try to do the weigh in there at the ramp. You are not supposed to hold weigh in's there during daylight / Summer hours.

Good luck Saturday guys. I won't be able to come bc ive got to look at my outboard. It was acting up last saturday like a plug was fouled. Pulled all 6 and found 2 that looked pretty rough. Going to change them and hope thats all it was, but i dont want to chance trying to fish a tournament when my outboards not running right. Hopefully ill see yall next tournament.

We have always weight in over at the picnic area we just need to let everyone know if we change it. im ready to get started

With several new participants this year I think we definitely need to do livewell checks...I will put some duties together. I am going to try and split them up then we can move them as we go. I will do the blast off for the first one...

Guys, we may need to rethink this? We have 34 signed up now and if Heartland comes in with another 30 boats or so we could have a mess. We may need to get there around 5:30, launch and hopefully tie up somewhere. That will give us about an hour and a half to register everyone. Depending on the weather, you can do the blast off around 7:15 / 7:30 I think. Patrick, check the bullhorn and see if we need batteries for it please. I think it holds about 6 C batteries if I need to get any. I bought us another new toy! A small loud speaker system for someone to announce with so Jmax can hear the weights! Ha! And I can't want to see the new CFF scales!

Yeah its going to be crazy at the ramp an on the water but I will get there early an will help with what ever.I would like to get yall phone numbers this wkend

i agree...something to think about ...what about doing what the crappie club does ..leave the dock around 6:45 no fishing until 7:15? just a thought.. Hartland should have 20+ i know that Tennessee River anglers will have their TX there with about 16 or so.. and no telling who else..
