Fish Attractor, Input Needed

Trying to find a use for a bunch of buckets. Will this work?</p>

I see no reason why that won't work. Maybe string about 10 of 'em together with a steel cable through
them by punching a hole in the bottom, making a big circle and weight them down with a couple concrete blocks or such and drop 'em in, emoThumbsup

What happened to all of your buckets? Fillet knives are for fish not buckets. I would expect that with enough of them that they would attract fish. The problem is that they will move around in the waves and that might keep bigger fish from using them. I would expect that the buckets that you have pictured there are stable and wouldn't give off anything that would be harmful to the environment but you might want to check before you dump a bunch in the water. I tend to use biodegradeable fish cover myself because I know that it won't hurt the environment. I hope that you find something that will work.

I like the idea of using a bunch together. Are these 5 gal BTW? IF so, and you have lots, I could take a few off your hands??

I am afraid you will get hung up a lot in those slots, depending on how you are fishing the attractor.

These are about 3-1/2 gallon buckets. They held frozen strawberries for human consumption.

Make sure that bait fish can hide safely in them. The key component of a fish attractor is bait fish protection.
