Put in at Horse Creek and ran about 15 miles up River and fished the coon tail on mud bars and humps. Threw Jigs and spinnerbaits. Hardly any boats on the water and it was quite a change from fishing around here. I needed it! Tried the walleye for a couple of hours during the day but mostly trying to locate them for a later trip. Fished one school I found but they turned out to be SM which I didn't mind. The operator of Horse Creek's son Bailey fished with me one night. Didn't wack them but caught them just about everywhere I fished. If your looking to get away from the boat traffic give ole Thomas a shout up there at Horse Creek.

Dale Hollow. Bout a 2 hour drive north on why 111. And yes, tons of walleyes, muskies, lake and brown trout, largemouth, and just a few smallies lol.

ah ok, I fished Dale Hollow about 25 years ago when I lived in Crossville. Didn't know it was a walleye lake. Also didn't know it had Muskies in it. I keep hearing about Lake Melton or Melton Hill that is known for Muskies..Thanks for the info
