We started around 8:30Am. Windy as @#$*. Toughest day of fishing I've seen in a long time, but I was expecting it from the forcast. Just wanted to see how far it was to runto what ever. The Stevenson Bridge Ramp is a geographical oddity! Its 20 miles from everything. Hey tater Why did you put the CFF tourny in the mid, of no where? Not meaning to c sound like a cry baby. But gas aint cheap.I figuer $30 bucks for the truck.$50 bucks for the boat,$25 bucks for CFF tourny & bigfish pot. By the time you throw in food & drinks, $125.00 bucks. Tater, you could at least spring for some of those homemade porkrindsemoLaugh As long as I get to fish with the GREAT members of the CFF, Priceless! emoThumbsup emoToast

Just think 2jigs, at least the price has went down since a month ago. Just getting to fish with all this crew is gonna be an experience in its self.

The Gas there aint no big deal .. er well not for me emoBigsmile , I'll just schedule a service call to Stevenson for Sat afternoon or eve, that way the company I work for pays my gas there and home. That and I get 30 miles to the gal.
My boat has to 6 gal tanks 15ft w/ 70Hp, I may use both tanks during the day. I did have a big ol ford V8 when the gas skyrocketed to 3.50 gal I dumped it quick. My boat thank god is light enuff to tow with my rav4, as long as the ramp not too steep, like the ramp at suck creek. I had to put my truck in 4wd when it was wet, I'm scared to try it in the Rav4, my rav4 is front wheel drive.
