FISHING GUNTERSVILLE THIS WEEKEND -- ANY HELP?

Gentlemen & Gentlewomen (I hope),

I will be fishing Guntersville this weekend (10/20 - 10/21) for my very first time. I know it will be grass, frogs, rats etc... We are launching out of GoosePond. Can anyone give some sound advice of areas to fish, other types lures & techniques to use and any other information would be greatly appreciated. Not fishing a tourney or anything just looking for the lunkers......

You may want to PM 2jigs, he won a tournament last week with 17+. He probably wont mind pointing you in the right direction.
