Is it just me or does anybody else feel like a kid with a new toy every year when I buy a new fishing license

I just hate getting hounded by twra constantly for the next couple of weeks. I got checked 3 times in one day last year. Once when I launched, again on the actual water (ruined my hump I was fishing), and again when I was loading the boat. It was absolutely rediculous.
