You can count me and my Nitro in.If you need any other help you can let Mr. Goodner know. I was in the boat with him when he caught that big striper. Also saw you Sat. I was in the red and silver nitro.I'm also a vet.

Good afternoon,
April is right around the corner and we need boaters and vets to get signed up! Bass Pro is on bored as a HUGE sponsor to give us plenty of donations to give out to our service members! Olive Garden will be catering to the event after the weigh-in and the Red Cross will be there that morning handing out coffee and doughnuts.

The tournament fee is $50 for the boater only. Service members will fish for free. Only the boater will be eligible for the money pot. Service members will be getting donations from the companies donating to us. Last year we gave away over $3,000 worth of gear and gift certificates.

As most of you know, I lost my mother last Tuesday and she loved Fishing With A Soldier and helped out a lot behind the scenes last year by getting donations of food and went door to door collecting money so that we could buy equipment to give away! She was an awesome lady and I will miss her so much.

Lets make this event huge and show her what we can do to honor those who serve and served. Thank you all.

I would like to sign up for this but I work 6 days a week with only Sunday's off and I'm new to fishing this area so we probably wouldn't do that well, I always catch fish but not on a tournament level.. but If there are any veterans on here that want to go fishing on a Sunday just for fun? I have a boat and I'll be happy to have a veteran come along. Send me a message.

Consider a day of recreation for some people that have given years for your ability to be able each day to do whatever you wish. This is a great event, though small. I'm sure every one enjoys & benefits from a few hours spent on the water learning of others experience...

Come on out & enjoy.....lunch is served after event..... emoGeezer emoUSA

100% true, I know there is a CFF that day, but please fish this one. It's more than money, it's pride, plus you can win money too;)

Sweet! I talked to my boss about this and I'm getting the day off so I'm in! AND! he's going to Submit an application to whatever department he has to go through at ADM to pay for my entry fee and get a small donation to help with the door prizes for our heros.
