fished friday with Sam the Dog and had a good time. caught several fish on topwater, the biggest on the RW series V-Twin from TrueSouth Custom Lures. caught a few more flipping and had on one a cb come off at the boat out on a shell bed. did meet "Scoobydoopole" on the water and we spent about an hour just talking about his experience during the southern open, nice guy!


fished yesterday with Brian from back in NC who is in town for the Costa, caught a few early on the shad spawn stuff. then spent the rest of the day going back and forth between off shore and shallow cover. never really found much off shore but was good to hang out with Brian. Brian did catch a NICE smallie yesterday. fun stuff!
