Fluoracarbon line and Knots

I just started using fluoracarbon line this year....I have heard that the knots on fluoraocarbon will cut into it's own self.......is there a problem with knots when using fluorocarbon line....and if so what knots work and don't work and why if possible

Palomar...easy and strong. Just slick it up real good (I prefer spit) and cinch it slowly to avoid twists. With the exception of my naive experience with Vanish, I've NEVER had a break-off with the fluorocarbon/palomar combo.

Without a doubt polymer knot,i have been using the same line and tying this knot and it seems to work very well.

I use an improved clinch knot. Always wet it good.

Palomar. Another great knot for floro is the eye crosser, also easy to tie. The link below shows how to tie it.
