Fly fishing gear found

I have a friend that was riding some of the back roads around Tellico Plains and saw some fly fishing gear fall off someone's vehicle. There were several people fly fishing in the creek area but he's not sure what exact road it was. There's a few things and I'm sure it's valuable. I have it and I'll keep it until someone finds who might have lost it. There's a vest that has "life member" of more than one organization.

So all you guys in that area see if you can help me find who's lost this stuff.
