We are getting ready to finish our schedule for 2009 and are making several changes...

[*]We have decided to go to a team format, so that you can team up with your friend (or enemy). Many guys do not feel comfortable fishng with someone they do not normally fish with, so we have decided to give this format a try.[*]The initial membership per team is $40 per year. (We tried to keep it low to encourage parents to fish with their kids)
[*]If you have to pick up someone during the year that person would pay a $10 alternate's fee.[*]Per club tournament entry fee is $25 per boat.
[*]15 to first place[*]5 to second place[*]We hope to have some type of prizes to give to third place team (hats, shirts, tackle, etc.)[*]5 to club fund for classic
[*]$10 per person big fish pot is not mandatory but encouraged
[*]$5 Largemouth[*]$5 Spotted Bass/Smallmouth

[*]We are looking at a longer season...starting in January, with the following format
[*]1 tourney in January[*]1 tourney in Febrary[*]1 tourney in March[*]1 tourney in April [*]Midseason Classic in April with a winner take all format. To qualify, must fish 3 of 4 early tournaments[*]1 tourney in May plus Shiloh Baptist Benefit tournament for Youth[*]1 tourney in June[*]No on July (all Friday night Dogfights)[*]2 in August[*]1 in September[*]1 in October[*]Classic in November (Must fish 6 of 10 to qualify for Classic)
[*]Plan to hold approximately 10-12 dogfights on Friday night and Saturday morning.
[*]$20 per boat
[*]We also have several area business looking to sponsor the club this season. This could help increase our payout significantly, but we are being sensible with the slumping economy.
Don't need a 20 foot Triton to join us. Everyone is welcome to come out. We fish for the fellowship (and to win!). If anyone is interested in coming out and joining us, feel free to PM myself or Hangup for details...
