"At stake are the inherent rights to Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, Freed of Press, Right to Peaceably Assemble, Right to Petition Government For a Redress of Grievances, Rights of Due Process, and Security in Personal Property. These rights are simply summarized as The Natural Rights of every individual and are derived from the First Law of Nature. "

Liberty means nothing when you're DEAD! I can take being shuttered in my home for the foreseeable future unless social order deteriorates. Then all bets are off and the NFA comes out to play.

A good read is "The Social Contract. Jean Jacques Rousseau" (1762) Rousseau assumes that every benefit you get from a society postulates a sacrifice you have to make as a participating member of that society.

Vocabulary.com has a simple/accurate introduction:https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/social contractV

Wikipidea has an over generalized synopsis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Social_Contract

Bob Dylan said: "Everyone must give something back for something they get."

"The Social Contract" is available for free @: http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/46333 "http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/46333
