</div>Former B&B Marina owner stole a huge house boat and snuck off with it to the Caribbean.
</div>He put his house in Mountain Shadows up for sale through a realtor and gave his father-in-law (then manager of JC Penney's downtown)power of attorney to handle the sale.
</div>I had a contract to buy the house but at closing the Title search revealed that father-in-law had a lien on the house for more than the selling price.
</div>Turned out B&B guy was hiding in Ringgold (because he had warrants outstanding in Tennessee) hoping to get the money and run back out of the country.
