Fresh grilled Stripah!

Took the two hybrids and one rockfish from the trip wit mallardecho this week, and marinated them in olive oil, lots of garlic, and Paul Prudhomme's blacked red fish Magic. Hot grill, and wallah! Fit for a king, well, at least a queen (my better half!)emoLaugh Perfect, now the wife's says I must go catch more!

Dang that looks GOOD Spur!!! Never grilled them myself, but it looks like I oughta try it!! I usually fry them with Cracker Barrell's batter and they are mighty tasty!! Dont look near as good as those though!

I love fried cat and crappie, but grilled fish is what I love the most. And LOTS better for you!
