Friday night Wildcat...Wheeler 9-1-2006

Fished a small night tournament out of Ditto(Wheeler) 6pm-12am. Partner and I caught 4 fish for 9lb 6oz. 3 of them being smallmouth plus 1 mean mouth. I landed my biggest smallmouth 4lb 9oz for big fish. We caught a few shorts and I lost a 3 to 4lb smallmouth and broke off another. We were the only boat that caught fish. We fished soft plastics around rip-rap with a heavy flow of current. After current quit so did the fishing.

Ok, I'll release my secret night time bait. A (Gambler) 10" blk/blue worm on 3/16oz wt. A green pumpkin senko dipped chart. tail with a 1/8oz wt was hot too. My digital camera wasn't cooperating so no pic, sorry.

Me lying??? Come on!!! There's proof in the pudding! Besides for some odd reason it seems to be bad luck when we fish together. We should bring cooper next time.
