I saw this on the TV a couple of days ago and tried it last night, maybe some of you all saw it also. Man it is good, and easy to do.

Take a large smoked sausage and cut it in half length wise. The side with the skin, cut slits into the skin, they called it "Scoring it". Then you take the sausage and put seasoning to taste. I put on mine last night garlic, Mrs. Dash original blind, and Cajun seasoning. Then take Olive oil in the skillet, heat it up to about 350 and fry the suasage in it until it starts to blacken on the edges.

I than put a light dripping of Honey Mustard on them and served them with massed taters and a salad. MMMmmmmm...goood!

Do not know, I did not have that problem and neither did my wife. I had some left overs and my son wiped that out today and they had no problem. May have been the suasage you used.emoEek Just guessing here though.emoRolleyes Jmax

That was what they were using in the show. Heck, to a southern boy a Keilbasa is nothing more than a sausage with a little more stuff in it.emoLaugh Jmax
