Got out yesterday afternoon for a few hours. Launched at Chester Frost. quite a few rigs in the parking lot but not packed. Biggest problem I saw was the people on the beach and on the fishing pier. Probably a dozen people on that pier. Back to fishing. Fished seemed to be spread out. Fished a lot of spots where we thought they would be staging. found one place where there were some fish 3 to 6 feet all on swimbaits. About a dozen with three nice keepers. Looking forward to the water coming up to summer pool. Beautiful day. All of the boaters at the ramp were reasonable and kept their distance. Using this time to clean and maintain the boat and get equipment in good shape. Already sorted all of the stuff in my garage packed and labeled it so I can now find something if I am looking for it rather than running to the store and buying another one.
