Looked for a CFF sticker on all the boats this weekend but never saw any. Lots of smaller "male" fish seem to be moving toward the mouths of creeks, basically what I targeted both days. Caught lots of fish between 1.5 to 4 lbs in 4-6 feet of water - main river temps 46-48, cooler in the creeks with the cold nights we've been having. Never tried to fish out deeper very much but the big girls have to be there close behind - just couldn't force myself to slow down and try to dedicate to anything deeper - the shallower fish bites were just enough to keep me on the trolling motor and chunkin' and windin'. Look at BPrice's report from 1/21 to figure out the secret lure, maybe not the same brand but style and colors identical Probably won't be able to make it back down again before the 2/23 "Family Traditions" tournament but look forward to meeting y'all down there!

The little boat ramp a few miles downriver from the bridge at Scottsboro, on the east side of the lake - not sure the name of it.

thats before you get to langston. It's called something else and I can't remember but its on the map I believe. It's about 3 miles south like you are going to langston off of 35.

Yeah, that's the one - little parking lot with about a dozen spaces in the midst of all the pine trees. Was happy to see the cops cruise through the parking lot about 1 when I was loading up the boat - been real leary about thieves after getting the window broken out of my truck late last summer.
