Is there anything out there that I can put on my gel coat cracks and chips that will stop it from getting worse? Some sort of gel coat in a can or something?

Only way I've heard to really fix it is to wetsand the gel cracks out and build it back up over and beyond what it was. Buff to finish. They did this on mine in Nashville a few weeks ago.

I'm kinda ticked about it. Mine is barely two years old ( when I had it re painted). I use bass boat saver and keep it covered. Shouldn't be happening. :(

I just bought a "gel clat repair kit" at Sports Academy for $29.00. It seemed to work OK but I couldn't match my color close at all due to metal flake color. It was easy to do but only good for small place.

When you paint it if you dont chase the cracks all the way out they will come back, mine go all the way to the bare glass. If you just cover up a crack, it will come back, just like working with drywall.
