Getting back into tournament fishing

I fished out of the back for about two or three seasons in ABA’s division 30. (I think it was 30.) Anyway, two things have happened since that time: division 30 is no more and my wife and I had our first child. Now that the boy is a little older (and a little more manageable) I’m looking to get back into tournament fishing. I can’t afford a boat so I would still be fishing out the back. I never won any money or anything but I certainly gained enough knowledge fishing with some great fishermen to make my entry fee donation to the cause worthwhile. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the Hixson Memorial Bass Club Rick Williams 423-421-0406 they have a good program for non boaters You fish with a different boater every tournament so you can learn a lot from different people
