700-900 $$$ per what? .... 10 Lbs?

Amazon has 8 oz. of raw American Ginseng roots for about $44

Per pound. Something wrong with that 88 bucks a pound stuff. I just passed along what I read from some "diggers".</p>

The most I ever sold mine for was inthe upper4 hundred dollarrange and thats been a few years back. Yes, thats per pound, dry.</p>

Hey guys does anyone know of anyone buying here locally? My uncle has dug about four pounds this week alone and is getting ripped of by a guy on dayton mtn who is buying it for $100 a lb green. He is broke and busting his &$^ just to feed his family on what he can dig. If anyone knows a legit buyer I would love to know. Thanks guys Give me a call 423-933-5180

Dont know about around here. I always sold mine to a guy that came around on saturdays to the Coffee and Grundy county Co-ops. You might call them and get a phone #.
