Going to the G in the morning....

Well after seeing Bprice's big'un last week me and WetWillie just can't take it anymore. We decided to skip work tomorrow and go to the G. I was wondering if there were going to be any other idiots...ahhhhh...I mean fishermen down there in the morning?emoBigsmile It is only suppose to be a low of 19 degrees tonight so with the heat wave behind it of 26 degrees we thought we would try our luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was already told about one secret pattern which involves a spook over 60 feet where there is dead grass that has pulled back to being 2 feet tall. The bass are holding in that grass on the bottom and coming up and hitting those spooks on top. Don't let that one out,...let's just keep it between us.emoEvil I plan to try that in the morning. We are starting at 117 HW and working our way down river. I'll catch one for all you folks working in the morning.emoTongue Jmax

Dang...the secret is out now...Yep, I have used that for years. Every time Wally World moved me I got on it to see where and how to fish where they sent me. I was posting on it here when Polo saw one of my reports and talked me into getting on the forum. Back then me and Polo just about used this forum as a chat page between the two of us.emoLaugh Not very many posts were being made then and under a hundred members with half of them not posting.emoSmile Sure has changed a lot in a very short time.emoToast Jmax
