My buddy and I got to the chick about 10:00 am. Fished until around 12:30 without much luck, but then things changed for the better. From 12:30 till about 4:00 we caught 30 bass. Nothing very big (best 5 maybe 10lbs). We caught all of them on a pumpkin and chartreuse worm. I just started using a computer in June, so I hope I get this posted correctly. I have been reading reports for 3 or 4 months and certainly have enjoyed them. Everyone on the site seems to enjoy themselves. Also everyone sure does sound like they know what they are doing.

We were fishing the worm in 6 to 10 feet.

OK I give up, what was the secret. I do not know of anyone that has done that well lately since it has got so cold. Without giving away the spot, was there rock, gravel, bluff, creek, ledge????? There had to be something holding that kind of fish there? I have talked to two guys that are locals that went out today that did not do well at all. You guys did great compared to what the others did today. What else can you share to help us out tomorrow on the Tx.emoBigsmile Jmax

I can see it now,..Davo is heading for his Wal-Mart tackle store in his house and getting some pumkin seed chartruse tail worms out for tomorrow.emoLaugh LOL

Man, where have you been????? Look at "pairings for the Tx" and it has well over 1000 hits, that is the ones of us that are going today. We got a Tx today there and will all be out there trying our best. Jmax
