Was just wondering what everybody throws after the grass is gone?????i know last year i did well with a black/yellow squarebill when we had all that rain and warm temps in dec.
Whew, that can be a fairly long grocery list. It depends on the water temp, how deep and what your trying to fish. But traps, cranks, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, rigs's, hair jigs, jig 'n pig variations, grubs, tubes, jerk baits, Silver Buddies, 'Lil George, swim baits and spoons will all work. And each can work very well depending on the circumstances. But probably the top three choices would be Traps, rig's and jerk baits. JMO!
Well I also love a fluke but I considered that as a soft plastic to. Some would call it a jerky so figured I would add that. But like another said these are just my go to baits. But alot more works as well. And depending on time of year can change things completely.
