Grants Sporting Goods

It may have already been talked about on here but I heard that someone new has taken over Grants Sporting Goods and now the store was aimed more toward fishing than hunting. I work in Dalton and was planning on stopping by one day this week and was just wondering.

I wouldn't say that hunting is taken second hand to fishing at Grants, but Fishing section has been greatly increased in size since Mr Keith has taken over the store a few years ago..Very good selection of items and hard to get items aswell.

Corey, we have stepped up our fishing department alot. Hunting is still our bread and butter during that time of the year but when fishing season comes around we try and step it up. Stop in and see us and make sure you say hey to me or kevin. Thanks J.P.

Went down the other day to sign up for their tournament and was pleasantly suprised. They don't carry a lot of the Walmart junk but have a great selection for the serious angler. Great store! keep it up Kevin and JP

Finally made it by Grants today. I have to say I was impressed. J.P. knew who I was before I even told him my name......must be my personality. They have definately stepped it up from what it used to be. They carry some stuff you don't see a lot of. They even had some of the "hard to find" Sexy Shad Strike King crankbaits. They have a great selection of Lucky Craft stuff too. Now I have yet another store to spend money on the stuff I can't live without. Way to step it up J.P. emoThumbsup
