Grass

Heading down next week Nov. 24-26 to visit family. Thought about bringing my boat. How is the grass? Is there any left? How is the frog bite? I usually put in at Cottonport or Grasshopper. Any help would be appreciated.

theres grass and fish in it just gotta run around and find it or hire a guide, save towing a boat and catch more fish. guess it depends on how many days youre gonna get to fish

Still tons of grass left in the back of coves , that will still be there .</p>

Plenty of grass still about. Like mentioned above....a lot still in the back of coves.

I bank fished yesterday, nothing, but if anybody is going today......there were some huge bass busting minnows at the grass edge, where I was fishing from that pull off on 58. They were out of my casting range....on the channel edge of the grass. I was about midway of the parking area.
