did the floods wash away most of the grass? Im coming down this weekend just wondering if the fish are in the grass or if its gone. Also, any tips on what they are biting would be appreciated.

Went out yesterday and there are still many mats to fish. They are thinner than they were, but still there. They dropped the lake a good bit yesterday so be careful and watch your maps. As far as what they are biting, I caught a good bit skipping a senko and fluke under docks. Didn't have much luck on anything else.

They have literally sucked out bottom out! It's down 4ft in 3 days. A lot of the best grass I was fishing is gone! There is still grass for sure, just stinks some really good grass is gone now.

That stinks about the grass. I'm coming down this weekend and when I leave on Sunday I'm leaving my boat at my Brother in laws and coming back next weekend to fish a small club tournament. Hope the frog bite is coming on strong by then.
