Fifteen boats fished the Grassmasters TX out of Marion County Park Saturday 4/18/2015. Two places and big fish were paid. Here are the results.

**Keep in mind this was on a day the Chick was tough and would only give up five at 15 and a half to the best anglers in all those tournaments that day. emoScratch

That just goes to show how much diff there is between our awsome lakes

As we were sending our high school tournament off from Marion County the Grassmasters blasted off and we were almost ran over by someone driving a Bullet boat as we started under the bridge. I normally will be going a little faster and would not have had a problem but had 2 high schoolers with me attempting to get to my first fishing spot just past the bridge. We are held to a 50 mile per hour speed limit and I was running about that speed. The driver of the Bullet missed us less than a boat length off my bow and soaked us when he turned to avoid a collision. The fog was very heavy and I will take it that he just didn't see us but he should have been a little more careful with the conditions this past Saturday. This is just a heads up. Please be careful when the conditions are as they were Saturday.

My brother in law and I fished his company tournament and won with 16.94 we had 5 five fish with a 8.05 kicker. On Chick

That is the best weight I have heard of that day on the chick. However keep in mind the weights for the BFL was for an individual. The boater and non-boater could not combine their weights. If they could have weighed the best five between them they would have had higher weights. Congrats on your win! emoWorthy Jmax
