I have a black grillguard. I believe it is a Warn transformer. It bolts to your frame and you can add a winch plate to mount your winch. It fits a 1999-2004 F-150 pich-up. I paid about $125.00 for it. I never put it on my truck. I bought it from a young guy that had it on his truck. It had been on his truck for about 3 mo. I was going to mount my winch on it,but never did. I think I've got my winch sold. Iwill post ,if I don,t sell it. $ 75.00
