The high school kids CAN HANG WITH ANYONE! The weather was terrible. That new set of Bone Dry rain gear I had didn't do squat. I was soaked to the bone. These kids hung in and fished. When the heavy rains set in it jacked up the fishing. It destroyed the mat we were fishing. And let me tell you what kind of group this was. I told the crowd at the weigh in about the adult tournament weighing in after us and that it was for needy kids for Christmas. We passed the hat and the group gave $78.51 to that tourney to help the kids in Whitwell. Many thanks to all the adults who gave their time and effort to the kids and to the ones that helped me with any part of the tourney!

These guys did an excellent job today and hung in there on a tough day condition wise. Excellent results and congratulations to all the winners. Appreciated all the schools participating. Thanks Hank's Dad for organizing the event and for all you do for the Grundy County High School Bass Team!
