Fished out of Mud Creek from 7 til noon. Water lookes to be about 1 foot down from Monday. Fished mostly the creek chanel with traps and chatterbaits. caught 2 fish both were keepers. Water temp at the mouth of Mud Creek was 49degrees, at the ramp it was 55 degrees and in the back it was 56-57 degrees. Hope y'all have some great sacks this weekend. If I were you I would get there as early as possible. As I was leaving at noon I counted 55+ boat trailers in the parking lot, at the resturant and across the street.

WOW, that has got me kinda concerned about the parking. Anybody know of any big tournaments on GVille this Saturday? If there is one it will probably take off from down lake and what you saw today may have been just folks pre fishing. Everybody make sure to be there early Saturday so we can leave out ASAP. RivermontJeff, how many in yalls tournament? What ramp are yall using?

Flip, Rivermonts club will blast off from Jackson Co. But you are right about other club tournys. Just get there about 1hour early and put in.

I haven't heard of any big local clubs having tournaments on G, if they are from the Huntsville/Decatur/Boro area, then they'd be down river, not at Mud.

Man if the water was down a foot from Monday and if Monday was the same as Saturday we will be dealing with some seriously low water. I was hoping it would come up just a bit.
