My best partner and I loaded up and went to the big G to do some looking around for Saturday. They were hot and cold, slow and fast, windy and calm. It was tough and easy. If I had to really sum it up, I would say two words grass and bass.emoLaugh
God Bless

Looks like a great time Bio. You didn't tie that big one up somewhere did you? I'm trying to find some identifying marks, LOL.

Thanks for the report.

Man, Gabe, in his handful of years fishing has caught and gotten to hold better fish than me in 30 years, I'm envious. Davo, the problem is it all looks the same doesnt it?

WOW Bio and Gabriel .. what nice FISH!!! You keep catching those I suspect we'll be seeing your name in 1st place after the tx! My husband and I fished the Big G one time when we had a boat. It sure is nice to see all that grass again .. even if it is in a picture!

That young man has some good fishing experience under his belt .. thanks to his pappy! :) Heart warming!

TT

Hey flip, the big G has more grass than the tropics this time of year. The problem is all of it looks like it should hold the next world record. I have impose the 100 yard rule. If I fish a researched spot for 100 yards without a bite then its time to move to another spot. My arm is in a sling and I'm thinking about using a cane pole on Sat. if it does not improve. Do you know where a fellow might get a good green cane pole from say 20 feet in length? Any one ?
