My wife and I decided to put our lake lot back on the market. It has a very wide view of Guntersville and there is a community ramp about 150 yards in front of the lot. The lot is sloped and great for a daylight basement. It is currently overgrown. It is priced to move at $29,900. We were going to retire there but decided to stay in Knoxville. Any questions, feel free to email me at [email protected]

Thanks, Wally "FishnFed"

We have reduced the price $2,000. You will not find a better lot with a big view and boat ramp for this price on the Big G.

It is located between Guntersville and Scottsboro off of highway 79. It is mid-lake. Feel free to email me at [email protected] for additional details. thanks and tight lines.

is this still for sale?

It is still for sale. Had some lowballers but noone serious. Also, the lot next to it was for sale as well. I'm not sure of the status of it right now. Together it would give you over an acre of lake view and lake access, mid lake.

Email me at [email protected] if you have any specific questions.

Thanks, Wally

Restrictions?

Very minimal restrictions. It must be a stick built house; no mobiles. No size restrictions. There are several weekend cabins in the neighborhood where folks from Redstone, etc. come for the weekend.
