Does it have direct lake access, community access? Does it include the houses below we see in pic or is that the view? How much area does the lot include (sq ft or acerage) . Is is zoned for a camper or rv?
The ramp is at the 11 o'clock in the picture. It is owned by the community and the residents. It is part of the deed. We are building a new dock this year. The picture is taken standing on the road in front of my lot. The lot is a triangle with the longest side on the road. The dimensions are 249.4X106.8X231. A camper and/or rv would not be within the covenants. The lot is sloped and would be good for a walkout basement home. The structures in the picture are different lots. Thanks for asking.
