Is part of Guntersville lake in Tennessee? If so how do I get there and is there any decent places to fish from the bank?

About 8 miles of river and a couple of creeks. Below Nickajack Dam is probably your best bet for fishing from the bank.

Take the first exit off of I24 west after you cross nickajack lake and turn left. The road dead ends at nickajack dam.

Find Mud Creek BBQ and fish that bank around the boat dock and even under the bridge. That's on Alabama side though.... I would say x2 below nickajack dam is the best place.

No arrangement.

Yes you will need a Alabama licence and they are good from August 31st to August 31st, I believe the licence is about $50 bucks a year for non resident.

Isn't there a small section of G lake that is below the dam and entirely in TN?
