Guntersville Report 6-29-2006

[Burger]

Got out yesterday on the lower end to do some flipping 4:30-8:30pm. The bite was slow and the wind was, well you know already! We only boated two fish, one flipping that went 4lbs 11oz and one short on a worm. Had several swing and misses though flipping. The fish just were not eating it good or something.Still flipping a Yum Craw Papi with a 5/8oz excalibur tungsten wt. The topwater bite was not there either.Looks like things should turn around this weekend though.
Thanks to Bprice and jdcooper for inviting me to the boards.... Here are some pics of fish I've caught on the Big "G" over the past months.

Tarheel and I will be down there somewhere. Do a little pre-fishing and try and get some stuff going for everyone to think about. What's a gym?????emoLaugh emoBigsmile Gonna be leaving out here in a few and go for some of those G Bass. I thnk they will be biting today. A westerdly wind and 5 to 10 may keep the nats down. Going with my partner in crime tarheel so we usually do well at the G when we get togather. We will give everyone a post later this evening on how we did.emoThumbsup Jmax
