Fished the Midlake area today out of mink creek down to mill creek. Boated only three fish today with two being keepers. All came on topwater around grass humps. Missed a few fish and broke off once flipping. My partner lost a biggun, never saw it though. The bite was really slow today almost non-existant. Midlake is very stained and temps are 82-84 degrees. Gonna try back down river tommorow evening. Looks like the better or most bites were in thick grass but better in thick hydrilla. Overall today sucked pretty bad!
