Hank's Tuesday night dog fight results. HBSP, 06/15/10, Colby and I won one!

Yes...the stars and moon were aligned and the angels did sing tonight. Me and Colby after being first out of the money the last two Tuesday night dog fights posted a win tonight. emoAngel Had some great sacks come to the scales this evening with 24 boats showing after the storms let up. There were several good sacks that gave me chills but me and Colby held them off tonight bringing in a nice sack with two kickers. emoApplause Here are the results for the ones that brought them to the scales.

DRUM ROLL!!!! 1ST PLACE IS.....COLBY and JMAX with 15.81 lbs our biggest went 5.83 lbs which Colby did catch. Our other was a 4 lber.
2ND place was Rusty and Anthony with 13.81 lbs and big bass of the tournament at 6.15 lbs. emoThumbsup Congrats!
3rd Wes and Ron with 13.53 lbs.
4th Bart and Josh with 13.27 lbs.
5th Micheal and Alan with 13.24 lbs.
6th Eric and Jason with 12.22 lbs.
7th Keith and Gary with 11.63 lbs.
8th Johnathan and Billy with 10.74 lbs.
9th Doyle and Terry with 10.72 lbs.
10th Lamar and David with 10.17 lbs.
11th Alan and Junior with 9.96 lbs.
12th Trey and Jasen with 8.43 lbs.
13th Daniel and Jordan with 6.44 lbs.

The rest of the field did not weigh in.

IF I COULD HAVE GOT MY LAST FISH IN THE BOAT SO WE WOULD HAVE HAD FIVE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALOT BETTER OFF!!!!!THE ONE NITE WE CATCH A GOOD FISH WE CAN'T GET 5 IN THE BOAT!!BUT IT WAS FUN AND CONGRAD'S JMAX NICE SACK..WE'LL TRY IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK

Just about repeated the CBA pattern with one minor exception. There was a little current today and on the river there was a little better bite. Started on humps and caught five or six on mostly drop shots. Had three small keepers. Moved to the main river and hit points. Caught a nice one right at 4 lbs off a pig and jig, a couple more slicks and Colby got our fifth keeper off a shakey in about 25 foot. emoEek Hard to fish a shakey at 25 foot. We then moved off the main river and started hunting for another kicker. Boated a couple more to upgrade off a shakey and right at nine I made the comment to Colby that at least he did not loose a kicker tonight. He told me he still had 30 minutes. emoBigsmile Two casts later he set the hook and said, "This one feels like a gud'un." It jumped and looked every bit of eight lbs. I got the net under it and she went 5.83 lbs. emoTongue We culled up again and I told him I thought we had 14.5 to 15 lbs. Turned out I was a little short. We ended up with 15.81 lbs and won it. We missed big bass by just 4 ozes.

Fish caught tonight on cranks, shakeys, pig/jigs and drop shots. As I said there was a little current tonight that helped and the water was in the low 80s. Most of our fish came deep from 12 to 25 feet. Had a great time with Colby and was very happy to be able to post our first win with him. emoThumbsup

Congrats Jmax and Colby on the win. We are about half way through the year and still have not had a repeat winner. It is good to see different people win.
