The tires on the trailer are ST165/80/13. Most places only carry ST175 and up on the 13" tires. I tried these and they were a tad too large to fit inside the fender well. Can anyone suggest a different size or option I can try?

If the 175 is too tall, you can get a longer spring shackle to push the axle clearance away from the fender. Holler at me today or this weekend. I bet theres a fix.

This may be a dumb question... ;)

The trailer has 165/80/13 on there now and they fit no problem. After doing a little more reading, isn't the first number (165) section width? Should going to 175/80/13 have any affect on the height of the tire in relation to the fender?

I didn't want to unwrap the tires I ordered in case I had to ship them back. Placing the tire next to the trailer, the tread was about 1/2 inch above the fender well. But now that I'm reading into more, I'm thinking I need to try and mount the 175/80/13 and see if it will fit.

I did some MORE reading...

The middle number (80) is the % of the section width which will affect the height...so yes, the above WAS a dumb question. Anyway, the difference between 175/80/13 and 165/80/13 is a height difference of 0.4 inches. I'm pretty sure I'll have enough room to clear the fender. I'll try mounting one and see how close it is. Billy, I'll holler at you this weekend if it won't fit. Thanks for the help so far.
