BRANSON, MISSOURI- Robert Harkness of Elizabeth, West Virginia, a 50-year-old health care purchasing manager, is now "Living the Dream" after catching a five bass limit weighing 13 pounds, 11 ounces on the final day of The Bass Federation National Championship presented by the National Guard Saturday on Bull Shoals Lake. He captured the TBF National Championship title with a three-day total catch of 15 bass weighing 40 pounds, 13 ounces.</p>
