Decided to go try a little bank fishing on our local river this afternoon...Im glad I did It was so relaxing....I caught 5 fish within about an hours time...2 of the red eye were caught on a yellow rooster tail, and the other 3 were caught on a baby rattle trap. Heres a few pics

Nice job man. River fishing is awesome. I think the 1st and 3rd photo are redeyes and the 2nd and 4th are rock bass. Rock bass are cool, and kind of a mixture of a bream and bass (also have bright red eyes). Whatever kind of bass they are, they can tug your line and nothing beats catching fish in skinny water.
 
Rock bass (google eyes) are some of the meanest fish in the river. Just glad they don't get bigger than they do otherwise they might go after the boat.
