HB Night Series Classic Results

All our qualified teams showed up. The fishing was better seemed like. Jason and I should've done better based off of Friday night but had a 5 lber die before weigh in and still don't know why??? We only weighed in 2 fish. We couldn't maintain the quality bite for Saturday night but Tim Long and Earl Westbrook showed out big and took the lead and also big fish honors. Weights showed are over two nights.
First Place: Tim Long and Earl Weatbrook. 28.90
Second Place: Bruce Day and Paul Frost. 27.39
Third Place: Rodger Kendrick and Keith Ellis. 24.00
Fourth Place: Azel Burrows and Tony Rogers. 20.87
Fifth Place: Charlie and Jason Myers. 20.73
Sixth Place: Michael McNabb and Daniel Tidwell. 18.26
Seventh Place: Leonard Steele and Chuck Lowe. 12.49
Eighth Place: Steven Hall. He did not weigh fish but took home $120.00. Congratulations to all of you and I would like to mention that Tim and Earl's big bag that was 17.95 was anchored by the big bass that weighed 8.26. Well done on the most important night of all.

Charley you are correct, the fish did eat better. We had two awesome nights. Friday night we culled 5 times but buy onces at a time. Now Saturday Night we culled I think 6 times but a couple of times it was by a pound or so and once it was by like 4 lbs. Just got lucky and got the right bites when it counted most. And like our luck has been, instead of them coming unbuttoned we actually put them in the boat. Only lost one fish Saturday night that would have helped and that was about a 6 lber which would have put us over 30 lbs. Easy for the tournament. Enjoyed it alot and cant wait till next year!!

Had great time fished hard if you want to call bass fishing hard we worked hard for the fish we weighed. caught more Friday than Saturday. Thanks again Charlie and Tim look forward to next year
