Hbird 788 Mounting

Not sure if this is the right place, but anyways... just bought a 788 and a RAM<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: none">RAM-B-107U mount. Any advice on mounting straight into fiberglass. Backing plate? screw, washer, nut recommendations?</span></p>

Should i have it professionally done and not fool with it?</p>

I always us stainless steel bolts with flat washers and nylon locknuts.

large washers instead of backing?

Always thru bolt with large washer and lock nuts on the rear is best.
