Had the best turn out this evening that we have had all year so far. emoAngel We had 21 boats show up for this one so we had three places paid and two big bass pots paid. emoThumbsup On the big bass pots there was suppose to be the biggest overall Lm or sm as the 1st place bass and the 2nd place bass was suppose to be the biggest spot or sm if the first was a Lm. We had no SM or Spots weighed in tonight so it went to the second biggest LM. Here are the results....
-1st Place, fishing by himself was Ron Holder with 11.10 lbs. His biggest bass went 4.51 lbs. emoApplause emoWorthy ($210.00)
-2nd Place and big bass overall was Jmax and Colby. emoBigsmile We had 10.05 lbs with the big bass of the tournament at 4.79 lbs.($125.00 & $75.00)
-3rd Place was the team of Nicholas Pratt and Marc Pratt with 9.58 lbs. good for ($85.00)Their bggest bass was 4.48 lbs.
-Second place big bass was the team of Randy Burrows and Skip Arp with their big bass at 4.64 lbs. ($30.00)
The following are the weights of the rest that weighed in....
4th Haden Lamb and Katie Kibble with 8.51 lbs.
5th Anthony Carrell and Hayley Carrell with 7.66 lbs.
6th Wes and Ron with 7.53 lbs.
7th Randy Burrow and Skip Arp with two bass at 6.45 lbs.
8th Josh Grant and Seth Maggard with 5.28 lbs.
9th Lonnie Eoff and Justin Whaley with one at 2.02 lbs. They did not want a zero. emoBigsmile
That is it...the rest of the 12 boats did not weigh in. emoSorry
Colby and I had a good night on size considering we only boated seven bass. We had five keepers and two short. It was pure junk fishing. Out of the three we weighed in one was on top water, one on a shakey and one on a drop shot. We also had one on a crank, with one more on a drop shot and two more on a shakey. Not much of a pattern. We hit six places in the three hours. Caught one at each place with one extra at one of the places. Ledges and grass edges were where we concentrated our time. Hope to see a good turn out this weekend at the Action Alarms Legends tournament. emoGrouphug Jmax
