I've got a HDS5x for sale i bought it close to the end of janaury last year i still have the box and all the paper work to go with it. i just registered the unit 4 days ago and the unit is suppose to have a 2 year limited warranty. the unit is in excellent shape i have it on the front of my boat but i'm replacing it with a HDS7. It can be networked with other lowrance units. the unit is like brand new. Some of its features are: Brilliant, hight resolution 5" color display with enhanced viewability, built in broadband high definition sounder, exceptional fishfinding performance at greater depths and high speeds. I am asking 475.00

This one does not have Gps unless you network it with another lowrance unit. I didn't really care if I had Gps on the front, because I have a HDS7 at the console on a ram mount. I had all this on my other boat and I recently bought a newer boat and i'm using a humminbird with side and down imaging plus the lowrance HDS7 with structure scan & down scan at the console with a new HDS7 up front for screen size mainly. The HDS5x has alot of features on it.

the HDS units that have GPS have an internal GPS antenna and do not require the GPS puck style external antenna. When you link or network two Lowrance units you can only share waypoints between them, I don't think you can share maps.
