I am trying my hand at fiction writing in a "Continuing Series" with central characters.

I'm actually stealing the idea from an old friend, former TWRA Reg. IV Manager Gary Cook, who wrote a series called "The Old Man" for Tennessee Wildlife magazine 30 years ago. If I can do just HALF as good as Gary, I'll be thrilled.

I would be honored if you would read and share your HONEST opinions. And if you've got ideas for themes of future installments, I'd love to hear them.

Feel free to pass it around: http://bit.ly/20BYmCB

Once I started reading your story I couldn't stop until the end.
Please write some duck hunting stories.
I've read all of Nash Buckingham .I need more .

Excellent read and exciting story. It runs the emotions up and down. The story keeps interest in the subject anticipating the next event to discover how it unfolds. Your resume is growing! Very good. Can't wait till the next chapter is in print to read.

You are truly a man of many talents, Mr. Simms. I have followed your posts on CFF since you first guided me on a catfishing expedition years ago. Your story is very engaging, I look forward to following the series.
