Headed to Guntersville 11/23-25

GOVOLS50 and I (plus 2 others) are headed to the Big G Thanksgiving weekend, 2 boats looking for 5 pounders. This will be our 1st visit there.</p>

I've been paying close attention to recent posts regarding G'ville, and would really appreciate any info any of you might share regarding patterns and/ or general areas that are hot over the next week, either via post or PM.</p>

We'll be staying across the river from Scottsboro. I'm studying the maps and gleaning info from other sites. I figure that we'll be spending most, if not all, of our time in the creeks between Mud Creek and South Sauty, trying to find grass either on top or submerged. I would assume that the creeks and channel edges would be our focus.</p>

If anyone else will be on that water over that weekend, feel free to PM me and maybe we can hook up and share what's hot and what's not via cell phone or meet up to swap lies.

Us outlaw geeks will be down there that Saturday. You won't have trouble finding grass it's everywhere, just not on top for the most part.

Of course, the weather is gonna SUCK this weekend! A front will be pulling through...I just hope that the full moon can overcome the effects of the weather! Lows in the 30's, highs in the 50's, and WINDY! Oh, boy! Where o where will the big bass be?</p>
