does anyone now where i can get one that will fit a stratos 201 pro? i am looking for the type that mounts underneath your trolling motor, and is curved to fit below the top part of the hull, i have seen plenty of these around but never needed one untill last year. thanks

FishnFun has them. I hate them! Had one on my 1st Stratos.

They stick out odd..get in the way...look dorky...Don't dock on that side for sure!

I didnt think they stepped down far enough either. With the ones I have, hardly no glare at night...just green and red buoys. :) They need to put a better break on that arm your looking at to eliminate some glare.

Speaking of lights...I'm also in the process of doing away with working them on the main switch panel and go with a foot switch. Just bump it with my left foot when I need it.

cutthroat - 12/21/2009 9:46 PM Where did you get the ones you have now?

Had them made. I have the aluminum pipe here..I could probably get more made for a small cost but would have to look into it.

when you get them fixed with the foot switch, i would like to see your set up. that would be very conveinent when running,

They are some companies that make them. I have a guy with a basscat that he bought to replace a broken one. I don't know where he got them though.

Sounds Like Bbass has found a new product to market though!!!

I fish out of a friend's '95 Javelin and his light is bit similar in shape to the picture. However,it is attached onto thetop side of the deck or up against the trolling motor box (not sure which). It works great and is out of the way allowing for docking on either side. It doesn't seem to have a heat problem on the deck either.

What I'm using can be found online but thier plastic. Mine are aluminum and had a buddy make them up. He has a set on his boat and I wanted some.

The ones off to the side of the TM,are OK but still have a glare. Dropping below that hull line reduces the glare a ton! I wear glasses and that helps alot..especially those light foggy nights.

Alot of marine dealerships carry them..or should. I get mine through Optronics Lights. Of course its a vendor/customer deal. ;)

Strange too...I'm having a hard time finding it with the Wagner 4509 halogen light too! Here's the Peterson part number but they aren't showing it with that bulb now. http://www.pmlights.com/products.cfm?cId=3&fId=11&pId=623

Seems that light is also a small aircraft landing light!

That lamp in the link is just a flood light, unlike the one from T&H, similar housing though.

That also shows the grommet that will house the same light on the TandH page. Thats what Im saying...I can no longer find the T and H light with the rubber grommet. Im sure Nichols marine here in Chattanooga has them along with Fish N Fun.

I've got the stainless light holder that goes under the trolling motor. No holes to drill and looks good IMO.

Mine came from Cleveland Boat Center.
